When I saw this at my local Walgreen's for $1.99, I picked it up immediately. If you've been to my YouTube Channel (link here), you may have seen me without makeup in a tutorial or review video. My eyebrows can sometimes look nonexistent! They're very light, thin, and sparse. Filling in my brows is a mandatory step in my makeup routine.
I'm hoping this the brow stencils in this kit makes it easier for me to fill in my brows. Keep reading to see if this brow kit delivers!

About a month ago, my favorite blogger (NouveauCheap) blogged out a new skin product she's been trying. The Hydrating Micellar Water 2-in-1 by Yves Rocher. And since Micellar Water has become a hot topic in many of the beauty blogs I follow, it peaked my interest. G's review was very positive. Recently, Maybelline released a new collection of foundation and powder under the existing line of Fit Me foundations. While finishing up my Christmas shopping at Target today, I spotted the new display. The display contained the new Fit Me Matte+Poreless, Fit Me Dewy+Smooth, and the Fit Me Gel Stick Foundation. Spotted: ELF Brow Kit (with Stencils)

I was in a local Walgreen's getting bandaids, when I casually strolled by the beauty aisle. On one of the shelf displays, I noticed a pretty little pink ELF box. 

So either I've been out of the ELF beauty product loop for a while (which is possible), or this is a new item. In this $3 kit --YES! $3! -- It includes a brow kit with brow gel and powder, a brow brush, and what looks like 3 to 4 different stencils. 

Why I didn't think to get this, I don't know... but it was the last one on the shelf and now I'm kind of kicking myself for not getting this at $3.
