NYC Color HD Trio Eyeshadow | Review & Demo
*Product sent to me by Influenster for review purposes
Back in December, I was sent the Jolly VoxBox (via Influenster) to review some items. Among all the products, was the NYC Color HD Trio eyeshadow. Now you all know I'm a makeup fanatic and I love testing and reviewing new poducts, so this was one of the first things I tried.
The New York Color brand is known to be affordable and mainly available in drugstores. I especially love their Liquid Lipshine. This new HD trio claims to have high color payoff and intense colors, velvet soft texture, long lasting formula, and even infused with antioxidants.

Meaningful Beauty Crème de Serum
*Meaningful Beauty Serum was went to me via the Influenster VoxBox program for reviewing purposes.
I think beauty serum is one of the most important part of my nightly routine. I started to integrate serum into my routine when I received a complimentary sample from Lancome (Genefique). Once I saw how smooth and radiant my skin looked, I knew I wanted to continue to use serums at night. But we all know that Lancome comes with a hefty price tag - at about $86 per bottle. While I loved the results, I couldn't convince myself to shell out $86 every time I had to repurchase. So what's a girl to do?

Bath & Body Works Fall Mini Candle
They say that scent can be a powerful memory trigger. For the Fall/Winter season, scents like pumpkin pie, gingerbread, and cider takes me back to memory lane.
The mini candle from Bath & Body Works fills up my apartment with the delicious smell of Pumpkin Cupcake! It smells like I've been baking all day, but all I had to do was light a candle.

Influenster Got A Face Lift!
As most of you know, I'm a member of an amazing site called Influenster (www.influenster.com). Members of the site can qualify for a "VoxBox", filled with new and upcoming products to test and review! And yes, it is alllll free. You can qualify by unlocking different badges based on your demographic, lifestyle, and more. I was already in love with Influenster and tried to stay as active as I could. You can tell by previous blog posts and videos on my YouTube channel that I've been blessed to receive some of those coveted VoxBoxes.
Recently, Influenster relaunched their website. It is way more interactive, with the new scoring system. Your Influenster score is updated weekly, to show how involved and active you are. There are also new badges to unlock! Everything from Expert Badges to Lifestyle Badges... too many for me to count.
At first, the new website seemed daunting. I was used to the old layout and knew where everything was. It took a little getting used to but now I'm loving the new website. Like I said before, it is WAY more interactive. A lot more things to review, new surveys to take, and badges aplenty. I'm also finding that this new site is a lot more universal. Before, it seemed like this program was gear more toward women, but now I'm seeing Badges for Gamers, Sports Fans, and Workout Fanatics so some of the guys out there can get their hands on a VoxBox as well.
I feel so lucky to be a part of the Influenster community, and if you haven't signed up yet, go to www.influenster.com right this second and get involved. I promise you'll love it!

Kiss Nail Dress
My new go-to nail product! I got the Kiss Nail Dress in leopard print in my Influenster Love VoxBox. Needless to say, I've been dying to try this out ever since I tried out the imPRESS press-on manicures. It's by the same company, and since the imPRESS nails were so easy to use, I knew that the kiss nail dress would be just as easy.
The direction was simple and easy to follow, and the application was effortless! All the pieces were pre-cut so you just have to find the right size by lining it up with your cuticle, then peel, apply, and file! Application on both hands only took me 15 minutes. I was filming the tutorial so it took longer. I'm sure if I wasn't filming, it'd take me only about 5. It says that the kiss nail dress will stay on for 10 days. Mine stayed on for about 14! I'm totally blown away by this product. Did I mention that you can put them on your toes, too?
You can find Kiss Nail Dress at your local CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreen for $6.99.
Check out my review and tutorial on Kiss nail dress:

Love VoxBox Products
This is the first Influenster VoxBox of 2012, and it's filled with amazing products! If you don't know about Influenster, you should check them out at www.influenster.com It's free! Once you make your account, you can start unlocking different badges based on your lifestyle. You qualify for a VoxBox based on your badges, how active you are in the Influenster community (via Facebook/Twitter/Pinerest/etc.) It's a great way to be introduced to new products.
Once you've qualified and received your VoxBox, you get to test and review items inside, which is the best (and most fun) part.
Here's what we received in the Love VoxBox:
Gillette Venus & Olay razor-This is very similar to the Venus Proskin. It has a 5 blade razor, surrounded by Olay moisture bars to keep your skin moisturized. The best part is that the with the moisture bar also acts as a shaving cream. You don't even need it! I like this one more because it's so much more moisturizing. And the gold color is really pretty =)
Stash Herbal Tea Sampler- Comes with 9 different flavors: All are caffeine free, which is nice because it won't keep you up at night. So far I've tried the apple cinnamon chamomile, blueberry superfruit, and peppermint. They are delicious!
Truvia All Natural Sweetner- I've used Splenda for a while and it's always been my go to sweetner. I've seen Truvia commercials on tv/internet, but I've never been interested in buying. Now that I've tried Truvia, I think I'll be sticking with it. It's not as sweet as Splenda and it's still calorie free.
Ghirardelli Creamy Devotion Milk Chocolate- Enough said. Who doesn't love chocolate? I'm not a big fan of milk chocolate, but Ghirardelli made this so delicious and creamy! They also have this in dark chocolate, which I'll be getting.
If you like the products in this VoxBox, try and qualify for your own at www.influenster.com! It's free =)
Thanks for reading and check back for new blogs!

Kiss Nail Dress- This is probably my favorite product from the Love VoxBox! This is similar to the Sally Hansen Salon Effect nail strips. Application was very simple, just match your nail size to the stickers in the package. Then peel, smooth, fold, and file! Both hands only took me about 10 minutes to finish. In love with this product!!!
