A few weeks ago, I received the Mary Kay VoxBox from Influenster. I've never tried any Mary Kay products before, so I was really excited to get started on testing and reviewing. So without further adieu, let's get review-ing!
*Product sent to me by Influenster for review purposes I've never tried any make up or skin care product by Mary Kay. So I was pretty excited when I got an email from Influenster saying that I was getting the Mary Kay VoxBox!
Here's a rundown of what I got:
Lash Love Mascara in I <3 black
Cream Eye Color in Apricot Twist
Mineral Cheek Color in Shy Blush
Translucent Loose Powder
Gel Liner (w/ brush) in Jet Black
Bronzing Powder
NouriShine Plus Lip Gloss in Mango Tango
I also got a concealer brush/cream eyeshadow brush and a blush brush.
Everything I got was a full size product, which is always nice to see. I'm especially excited to try the translucent powder and Lash Love mascara.
I'll be wearing these products as much as I can so I can give you my honest opinion.

Ahhh, it's been so long since I've uploaded any videos or posted a blog, and I feel awful not keeping up with it! So I thought I ought to upload/post a quick update to let you know where the heck I've been.
While I love making YouTube videos & blogging about makeup products, I also lead a pretty busy life. Which means sometimes, the blogging and YouTube-ing has to take a backseat.
I recently got married, and if you've ever planned your own wedding, you know that's stressful (in a good way) and time consuming. My husband and I are also in the process of moving to a new apartment - more space, yay - so that is our main focus at the moment.
Blog posts will resume soon, as there are tons of products I've been trying and can't wait to share my thoughts. So please keep on checking back! OR better yet, follow my blog so you won't miss anything =)
EDIT: I purchased the Eye Tech Perfection Liner shortly after posting this blog. The video in this blog is my first impression review.
Milani has been knocking it out of the park with their new 2014 products, from the new Brow & Eye Highlighters, to amazing lip products such as the Anti-Feather Lip Liner (I WANT!). I'm starting to see the new products popping up in a couple of CVS.
One particular product caught my eye - the Eye Tech Perfection liquid liner.

Back in December, I was sent the Jolly VoxBox (via Influenster) to review some items. Among all the products, was the NYC Color HD Trio eyeshadow. Now you all know I'm a makeup fanatic and I love testing and reviewing new poducts, so this was one of the first things I tried. The New York Color brand is known to be affordable and mainly available in drugstores. I especially love their Liquid Lipshine. This new HD trio claims to have high color payoff and intense colors, velvet soft texture, long lasting formula, and even infused with antioxidants.
The new Maybelline Baby Skin was first released in Asia, and it received raving reviews. So when this product finally landed in the US, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. Luckily, I didn't have to do much hunting because I scored the last one on the display at my local CVS =P So, does this product "erase" my pores? What exactly is this product? Find out below.
*Meaningful Beauty Serum was went to me via the Influenster VoxBox program for reviewing purposes. I think beauty serum is one of the most important part of my nightly routine. I started to integrate serum into my routine when I received a complimentary sample from Lancome (Genefique). Once I saw how smooth and radiant my skin looked, I knew I wanted to continue to use serums at night. But we all know that Lancome comes with a hefty price tag - at about $86 per bottle. While I loved the results, I couldn't convince myself to shell out $86 every time I had to repurchase. So what's a girl to do?
